African education
Today I had a hot debate with a good friend of mine whom I have very deep respect for because, like me she is not afraid to speak her mind. We are members of a multicultural global church and we discuss issues of common interests from time to time.
Today for some reason she found one of my statements to be racist and she freely and intentionally spoke her mind and fire and brimestone fell upon me. I thank Heavens that it was not God that poured the verbal fires. I made a statement over what I believe to be true concerning African education versus Formal education. An average 14years old teenager has a cow, goat, hen, hut and a small piece of land to kick start his life and by age 16 he already has 50 cattle, and the rest of the animals are this number times two or more.
Formal education produce sophisticated slaves while African education produce independent individuals. There is more of this argument coming up in my document called African education which is under construction at the moment. Let me point out that formal education as it stands simply feeds the capitalist's agenda of keeping slaves for the benefit of the industry that belongs to the capitalist.
Let me end here for now and wait for responses lest I give away too much from the future. I hope my friend is still my friend.
